Shipping:

Return&Exchange Policy:
*Customers must contact us before sending the items back and we will need you to cooperate with us for the problem solve. Besides, All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
*We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you.

Order Cancellation:
Cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched will incur cancellation fee, which is a 15% of the total order amount. We process all orders as quickly as possible, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed.
