Q; Which country can you ship to?
A: We can ship to many countrys. Such as USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Spain, Netherland, Ireland and so on. If there is no choice on our site, you also can send your order with items and sizes to our email: Info@good-seller.com.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: For payment, We accept VISA Card, Western Union and Money Gram. You can choose one of them, if you want to pay via other payment method, you can contact us at first, we will try our best to help you!
Q: How much is shipping to my country?
Normally, if you order 1 items, the shipping is $22, 2 items, the shipping is $26, 3 items, the shipping is $28, 4 items, the shipping is $32, 5 items, FREE SHIPPING!
Q: How long does it take me to get my order once I place it?
A: We need 1-2 days to process your order after get your payment, and normally the shipping time is 5-7 business days! Sometimes there would be a little delays due to huge demands, holidays, slow customs processing, but your order will be delivered finally. And we also use door-to-door shipment method.
Q: We got our tracking number two days ago
but our order is not showing up in usps or ems tracking system?
A: Sometimes there is a few days delay if shipping is backed up due to huge demand before goods are showing up in the system.Or tracking systems maybe delayed due to certain factors in usps or ems tracking system.
Q. I sent you an e-mail 3 days ago, how
come, I have no response?
A. We try to reply to e-mails within 24 hours. If you have not received a
repsonse from us, your e-mail may have not been received or blocked the emails
from us, in order not to waste your time, please add our email to your list
after you place the order.
Q. How to enjoy your policy and discount?
A. We accept returns or exchanges on
condition that shoes damages. You must contact us within 24hours after receive
your goods, if damaged, we need a digital picture within 48 hours after
received goods, then we will review and if claim is legitimate will give return
authorization number, and you have to return your item within 5 days after
contacting us. The returned product must be in unused condition and sent back
in the same condition as it was sent to you.
Ordering and Shipping
All orders are processed in China only after we receive your payment in full.
Processing takes 1-2 business days. In some cases the processing time may take longer. If we are unable to get the style, color or size in 3 business days, we will send you an email about it, and you can choose to either wait longer, change to another item or let us refund you on that item in full. Shipping takes 5-7 business days. In total, it will take 7 to 15days from placing your order to getting your merchandise.
Although you can let us check stock availability on an item, we will not reserve the stock for you. Processing starts only after payment received.
Items are shipped using EMS(USPS), TNT, DHL or UPS. The choice is at our discretion. Tracking number information will be forwarded to you in a timely fashion via email.
We are not responsible if customs charge on your item, if any. Neither are we responsible for items being seized by customs.
Customers are responsible for making arrangements to ensure receipt of the delivery. We are not responsible for returned shipment due to customer negligence.
Shipping/handling charge applies on per item basis. For wholesale orders the quotation includes all costs.
We have a strict order processing and shipping system, and we are fully confident of it. But if you still think you have received a wrong item or size, digital pictures of the shoes and the size tags are required as evidence for us to investigate.
We are, however, not responsible for complaints about shoes already worn. We also reserve the rights to ship half size bigger shoes without notice, as mentioned above in "a special note on shoe size".
We will not exchange items for unacceptable reasons such as wrong size you ordered, colors of the shoes are darker/lighter than pictured, or shoes had minor color differences from the picture.
If we really send the wrong shoes or wrong size different from your order, we accept that you return the shoes back and exchange the right pair you ordered. You can also keep the shoes if you want, then we will offer compensation for these kind of problems.
